INTEGRATING NOTICING INTO YOUR DAY
So much of our lives go un-noticed when we fall into our automatic pilot mode. This in turn not only affects our lives and also those around us, we become bundle of habits that keep falling into pit-holes. i too learnt it the hard way.
Take for instance, do you notice what your triggers are when you get stressed? Do you notice what you enjoy? Do you notice what makes you smile? Do you notice what keeps you alive? Do you notice the beauty your eyes take in? There are an endless lot that we are missing and some of these noticing can actually save us from endless suffering. Before we get angry and yell at someone only to regret later! Or to put that fatty food into our mouth only to be filled with guilt later. Or the list goes on and on.
With noticing, forms of other associated benefits also arise naturally, such as a sense of gratitude, a sense of recognizing how we impact our lives, a growing sense of compassion for ourselves and others, a sense there may be a different way to live this one crazy life.
I cannot claim that i know what it is like to live your life nor have all the answers. However, i can assure you that you have this ability within yourself to notice. All i do is through using what i have had the blessings of learning from others and acquired as skills, discoveries and knowledge, to openly listen and reflect what may assist you through this process and provide space for you to discover it within yourself.
So what you receive from this interaction is not merely from me but from a multitude of others meeting you where you are.
