Places
There are similarities.
Similarities all over the world
And I ask, “What’s the point”??
As one travels, the more the world seems one
But before the circumstances make the world clones… made up of material objects with economic advancement, propelled by competition, a desire for increased illusory convenience, illusory comfort
We have a choice to be where the circumstances have not arrived at this place yet.
A place that has
Not circum to circumstances yet, some place
We have a choice to be where the land, sea and sky still rules,
where leisure activities, way of making a living, way of living and dreams still revolve around what is already there… no more, no less
Or we can choose to be in places where “man rules” with his “smart” interventions, inventions…
I choose to be in a place where nature still rules.
For it will be gone someday if the world and man continues at their current pace
Then, sadly i will see the force of circumstances but not regret that
I was some place different

"We do not heal the past by dwelling there; we heal the past by living fully in the present." ~ Marianne Williamson
"The reality is you will grieve forever. You will not 'get over' the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same, nor should you want to be."
~Elizabeth Kubler-Ross
"Wounding and healing are not opposites. They're part of the same thing. It is our wounds that enable us to be compassionate with the wounds of others. It is our limitations that make us kind to the limitations of other people. It is our loneliness that helps us to to find other people." ~ Rachel Naomi Remen
"Even though you may want to move forward in your life, you may have one foot on the brakes. In order to be free, we must learn how to let go. Release the hurt. Release the fear. Refuse to entertain your old pain. The energy it takes to hang onto the past is holding you back from a new life. What is it you would let go of today" ~ Mary Manin Morrissey
"A sense of humor is essentially a sense of perspective. It is an understanding that comes from a true sense of proportion. Humor is not a matter of laughing at things, but of understanding them. At its highest it is a part of understanding life. It is an ability to see ourselves as we are, and to smile at the comic figure that the biggest of us cuts in strutting across life's stage." ~ Nivard Kinsella
